Your voice is powerful and needed.
You are more than what you do for other people. You need rest and nourishment and a life that lights you up, and you deserve it. Imagine how much energy you could have if you stopped self-policing your very being?
I work to normalize feeling good about yourself and your life. I work to normalize being content, without guilt or dread. I work to normalize reaching for more because it feels good, not because it will finally fix the shitshow you believe your life to be.
You are not broken, you are enough. Let’s make it real! How can we give you permission to be you, to play, to be outlandish? To tap in to the vibrancy and vitality that lives in you?
I began this work because I used to believe that by being quiet and blending in I would earn love. I admired women who rocked the boat, but for myself… I toned down my weirdness and tried to be quirky in just the “right” way. I longed to be loved but feared being seen. Being seen and loved for your own human-ness is electrifying.
I do this work because it has taken me so long to learn to listen to myself, to my intuition, without doubting when it doesn’t look like what everyone else is doing. Because I’ve watched people suppress pieces of themselves that they think are wrong or bad, things that make them different. They stop being true to themselves, and they stop dreaming of more. They tread water. And the world is less for the loss of their voice.
People who honor themselves have a vitality that is inspiring. They present to the world a spaciousness, and an attitude that they are ENOUGH.
